Spa Water Recipes

I was looking around online today because I am tired of just plain old water right now. I am getting over a cold so my main form of beverage is a hot cup of water with some freshly squeezed lemon and honey. Yum! So good for a sore throat. Anyway, I need to drink more water and stay hydrated and taking my water bottle with plain old water just wasn't cutting it for me today. So, I went online and found these really simple and yummy Spa Water recipes. I am going to keep this post handy the next time I host my own Spa Party!

* 1 lemon, sliced

Spa Cucumber Water
(by Kim Vallee)

In order for the cucumber to fully release its juice, you need to prepare it the day before your event.

Ingredients:
* 1 cucumber, sliced and unpeeled + 6-7 cucumber slices for decoration
* 1 1/2 to 2 liters of water
* 3 mint sprigs + 2 mint sprigs for decoration
* Half a lemon, sliced and unpeeled
* Ice cubes

Directions:
In a pitcher, mix the water, cucumber, 3 mint sprigs and lemon. Let it rest on the fridge for 24 hours. If you prepare the water at the last minute, cut the first cucumber in three or four pieces. Then, squeeze the cucumber pieces to release all the juice.

Before serving remove the cucumber slices used to flavor the water. Then stir with a wooden spoon, add some ice cubes, 6 or 7 fresh cucumber slices and the remaining 2 mint sprigs. Enjoy this refreshing drink.

Cucumber Rosemary Spa Water
(by Kim Vallee)

Orange and Green Apple Spa Water
(by Kim Vallee)

Ingredients:
* 1 orange, sliced
* 2-3 slices of green apple
* 1/2 lemon, juiced

A Cure for Carpel Tunnel?

Well, okay maybe not a cure but I have gotten reports from another rep (hi Brenda!) whose customer is selling the Center Pulse Point Cream for her. Hmmm, she sounds like a great opportunity to become a rep herself maybe? ;) I think it is awesome and am glad to hear of a new use for this amazing product! It actually makes a lot of sense as I have used it on sore muscles and also on my wrist when I was going through therapy. I had pulled or strained or did something horrible to my wrist and was doing massage/physical therapy to heal it. I had to keep up the massage at home and I decided to try the CPPC and it really does help a lot. I know I will use it next time I am on the computer too much and my wrist gets achy. Report back if it works for you too!
